Answers before you arrive
When can I check in at stattHotel?
Daily between 2 and 11 pm at the cocktail bar on the ground floor. Please let us know your arrival time in advance – by phone or e-mail.
How does check-out work?
Very simply: leave between 6 and 11 am and drop your key card into the box at the hotel entrance. Done.
How do I get from the main station to the hotel?
On foot it takes 10 minutes: across the Bahnhofbrücke, past Central and through the Niederdorf to Schneggengasse 8. With luggage, take tram 3 to “Central”.
Where can I park?
The hotel is in the Old Town pedestrian zone. The closest car parks are Parkhaus Urania and Parkhaus Hohe Promenade, both about 8 minutes on foot.
Is breakfast available?
Brew your first coffee with the Nespresso machine in your room. For breakfast, several cafés are 2 minutes away – the team at the bar will happily share their favourites.
Are pets welcome?
Yes, pets are welcome on request for a fee. Please mention your four-legged companion when booking.
Is the hotel suitable for families?
The house welcomes guests aged 12 and over. For families with teenagers, the suite with two large double beds is ideal.
Is there Wi-Fi and a lift?
Both, yes: free Wi-Fi throughout the house and a lift that takes you and your luggage to your floor.
