The concept
A bar instead of a reception
At stattHotel, the bar replaces the classic front desk. Between 2 and 11 pm you pick up your room key here – and if you like, toast your arrival right away.
In the evening the room fills with hotel guests and people from the neighbourhood. That makes the difference: you stay in the Niederdorf and are part of it from night one.
The menu covers classics from Negroni to Old Fashioned – alongside Swiss gins and alcohol-free alternatives.

After the first drink at the bar, head upstairs: the roof lounge sits above the gables of the Niederdorf – with views of church towers, rooftops and the evening sky.
